Regional Fencing Centre - Durham - 2012

Regional Fencing Centre Durham is not a fencing club but is open to all fencers who want to further training in addition to any training they may get from fencing at the club they represent competitively.

From November 2011, fencers will be training in brand-new, World-class, dedicated 8 piste fencing salle, provided by our host and partner organisation, Durham University. • Junior Competitions – what to expect and how to support
• Progression to Cadets (and beyond)
• Introduction to the Regional Academy programme (of British Fencing)
• Nutrition
• Sports psychology and mental preparation/Meditation
• Strength and Conditioning
